Oops, I ordered the wrong thing / changed my mind / entered the wrong address!

When will my order ship?
Our average turnaround time is 2-5 business days. Often we ship faster than that. If it hasn't been five business days yet, your order is still in process.
I only got part of my order.
Never fear! Sometimes we ship your order from a couple different locations. If you look at your shipping confirmation email you'll see that it probably says "some of your items have shipped." Hang on, more good things are coming your way!
I got an email saying my package was delivered, but I don't see it.
Our emails are sent automatically when USPS updates the tracking on a package to say it is delivered. First, check your mailbox - sometimes people expect packages to be on the porch but they're actually in the mailbox. If it's not there, USPS has left the package at the wrong house. In our experience, about 95% of the time that this happens, a neighbor drops the package off within a couple of days. If it's not there in another day or two, let us know - we'll figure out how to remedy the situation!
I got my stuff and it doesn't fit right.
Sometimes it can take a couple tries to get that perfect fit! But fear not -- as long as your shirt is unwashed and unworn, we will be happy to exchange it for you. We'll reply to your email with instructions. In the meantime, take a peek at our sizing and fit guide on the relevant product page to make sure the second time's a charm. We have garment measurements on every product page. We'll get this sorted out!
I got my stuff and I'm not happy with it.
Oh no - we are so sorry! Can you please send us a picture so we can see the problem? We promise we'll make it right.
